Effective January 1, 2020, the North Dakota Building Code consists of the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), and International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC) published by the International Code Council (ICC). Every year in November Williams County holds a public tax foreclosure sale to auction off properties that have not paid their property taxes in the past three years. About a month prior to the sale the list of properties will be made available on the Tax Foreclosure page.
