Property Information
Property Cards
A property card is provided for every real estate parcel and building in Williams County. Property cards provide information about the property valuation, building permits, acreage, and any structures on the property. Each result also has a generalized sketch of the property. Searches can be performed by real estate (parcel number or address) or by building.
Property Tax Information
Use Williams County's iTax system to search for current and historical parcel/property valuations and property taxes, pay your property taxes online, and download a copy of your most recent property tax bill. For more information about how to pay your property taxes, visit the Payments page.
Parcel Information
The Williams County Address and Parcel Explorer (formerly two maps: Parcel Viewer and Master Address Viewer) allows users to search for parcel information by parcel number, owner name, or address. The map provides information such as parcel number, parcel address, owner names, owner mailing address, and a link to tax information.
Legal Descriptions
Please contact the Recorder's Office for information about how to obtain the full legal description for a parcel.
