PARK CLOSURE - CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Effective Sunday, June 16, 2024, Kota Ray Dam is closed to all visitors and will remain closed until further notice as we make improvements at the park. The park is expected to be ready for campers by Memorial Day 2025. For more information, please visit the Master Parks Plan webpage.

Additional Information
Boating
Motorized and non-motorized watercraft are allowed, but the lake is NO WAKE.
Campfires
Campfires may only be built in the provided fire rings, which may not be moved from their current location. All fires must be supervised by a person of at least 18 years of age and must be maintained in a safe manner in accordance of the ND Rangeland Fire Danger Index. Kota Ray Dam is expected to be ready for campers by 2025 Memorial Day weekend! More information about the availability of campsites and online reservations will be posted to this page as construction wraps up this spring.
