Builder Financial Assistance Program Application
For new residential construction located anywhere in Williams County, builders can receive up to $25,000 in financial assistance per home for infrastructure-related expenses and up to $5,000 towards infrastructure connection fees.

The document below is a combined application for FA1: Builder/Buyer Utility Connection Assistance and FA2: Builder Assistance. Completed applications, inclusive of all required documents, will be reviewed on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. Applications must be received by the Friday before (see detailed schedule).
